Complaint


The Québec law for Health and Social Services gives the right to complain to everyone.

The Health and Social Services Minister thus created a complaint process through which a user, their representative or their legal heir, can express their dissatisfaction linked to any given services or services that should have been given from an establishment.

Here are certain situations that you might have envountered :

  • My doctor gave me an operation at the wrong place.

    Physicians, Dentists and Pharmacists Council

    If the problem is disciplinary

    • Followed upon every 60 days

    Second Resource

    If you are unsatisfied by the response given by the examination physician, you have 60 days to make a request

    Revision Comity

  • The family type resource where my son lives isn’t adapted to his needs.
